All the information that we store is provided through the holiday club booking forms, or through the volunteer helper forms.
We keep and process the personal information solely for the organisation and safe running of the holiday club. Your personal information is not shared with any other organisation and is not transfered to any other country, unless we are required to do so through a legal obligation. We endeavour to apply appropriate security measures such as the encryption and password protection of information held electronically and by limiting physical access to information held in paper format.

The Kilington Holiday Club collects and uses your personal data on the basis that this is necessary for our legitimate interests. This means that the personal data is required for the practical organisation and safe running of the holiday club.
Most personal data will be kept for at most one year after the holiday club has finished. We also maintain a historical record of the names of all children and volunteers at past holiday clubs, which we will hold for up to 5 years.
